    Change Scoring
    Touch the slider button to use Standards Grading Rubric.


    Codes 1 through 4 will now be used instead of "+" and "-" for observations.
    Touch the Customize button to edit the codes and descriptions used for grading.
    Use the link below for instructions to customize scoring.
    How to Customize Scoring
    Note: if you change the code values used for scoring, you should restart the app.
    To stop the app, press the tablet home button twice and then touch the picture
    of the app and slide up off the page. Start the app.


    Return to Tools

    Share Content Area and Skills
    Type the email address where you want to send the exported file.
    Touch "i" to the right of the Content Area field.


    Touch the name of a Content Area and slide up until the desired name
    of the Content Area is highlighted in the middle.


    Touch the Done button.


    Touch the Export Content Area button.


    Touch the Send button.


    Return to Tools

    Use a Content Area and Skills File
    Open the Mail app.
    Open the email sent with a Conference Notes content area file as an attachment.
    Press and hold the icon for the attachment until the "Copy to Conf Notes" window appears.
    If a gray screen with the file name appears instead, touch the screen and press Done.
      Then, try again but hold the icon until "Copy to Conf Notes" appears.


    Touch the icon for the Conference Notes app.
    Note: this makes the attached file available to the Conference Notes app.


    In Conference Notes, if the Tools page is not displayed, then touch Tools at the bottom of the page.
    Touch "i" to the right of the of the File Name field.


    If the file name is not in the highlighted area in the middle,
    then touch the name of the file and move it to the middle.
    Check that the name of the file is displayed in the File Name field.
    Touch the Done button.


    Touch the Import File button.
    Note: this feature will only work if you do not have already have a Content Area with this name.
    Touch Content Areas at the bottom of the screen.
